Please note: in accordance with the University's updated COVID-19 protocol and mask policy, you are no longer required to wear a face covering while in public spaces of the library, such as the stacks. However, masks are still required while in the Resource Sharing office space as well as in the office area behind the Information & Assistance Desk. If you do not have a mask, we have KN95 masks available in our office.
Pay: $11.25 (Level 1), Effective July 1, 2021
Job Statement:
The University Libraries General Services Student Assistant (GSSA) performs a variety of tasks directly related to the operation of the General Services Division at Boatwright Library. Students perform vital functions such as pulling materials for resource sharing, processing mail and materials, as well as digital scanning. Position works largely independently with feedback and direction from supervisor. Attention to detail and independent problem solving are crucial.
