P.3 by 11-10-10 owned 110 acres $26,000 "larger portion of the land having been bought from the Street Railway Company; a few acres in the corner between the river and Three Chopt Road was bought from John Lennox and an acre fronting on Three Chopt Road from the County School Trustees."

p.11 in mid-20's additions made to Clubhouse - purchased 300 additional acres of land at cost of $30,000 property "Dietrich tract" a short distance west of the club & near River Road - were substantial brick building included in price -- seemed to adapt to Club uses.
